The outdoor area needs serious attention!!! Dusty furniture, spider webs everywhere, and it's not even usable without bringing your own chairs. Walls are like paper. Expect to hear every little noise from neighboring rooms!!!

Greatly enjoyed the rooms, they were reasonably large with a good sized bathroom. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were very handy. The hotel's location was unbeatable and quiet, near to shopping centres and restaurants, buses for the O2 Arena and the O2 Arena. It also was in the Woolwich area.

Nice staff , fantastic facilities make it perfect for events at the o2 with easy transport options.
It's not city centre , but public transport requires some walking.

The fresh-baked scones were a good treat. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive-thin walls allowed sounds to carry easily. The heating system was less than ideal. It turned off after a while, leaving the room chilly at night. Despite enjoying the overall atmosphere, the disturbances was good.

Comfortable stay with helpful host
I enjoyed my time here, particularly the warm welcome from Gamal, who guided me around the place and provided tips on transportation. The room was spacious and surprisingly well-equipped, with a great communal kitchen and lounge area to relax in. I could have done without the noise from the neighboring rooms which affected my sleep.
